Designed around the way you actually want to live.

Ki (pronounced "kee") means tree in Japanese. It also means invisible power. That's what this building is about- drawing strength from nature and quiet instead of trying to impress.

Two mature trees grow at the back of the building. Instead of cutting them down, we will build around them. There will be a Japanese garden there. It's the opposite of what most developers do.

Inside, everything is minimalistic. Natural wood, textured walls, neutral colors. Every apartment has its own balcony. Lots of natural light. Open spaces that don't feel crowded.

On the roof, there's a 23m pool that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. Next to it, a sauna and cold plunge. Downstairs, you'll find a coworking space, a 24/7 front desk, security, parking, and the building is pet-friendly. An elevator connects all the floors.

Ki offers four apartment types designed for different needs. One-bedrooms (472–941 sq ft) range from compact retreats to spacious lofts. Two-bedroom residences (1,126–1,181 sq ft) are built for families and longer stays. A full-floor three-bedroom (1,799 sq ft) and two-level penthouse (1,885 sq ft) round out the collection.

Most residences feature a lockoff configuration-a separated bedroom suite with its own entrance and bathroom. Useful when you're here for six months and want to host a guest or generate income from an independent rental unit.

The payment structure is 30% deposit to secure your residence, 40% during construction, and 30% on delivery. Payments are spread across the construction timeline.
